S. Robson Walton children: Carrie Walton Penner

The granddaughter of Walmart founder Sam Walton and the daughter of former company chairman S. Robson Walton, Carrie Walton Penner was born on August 12, 1970.
A significant player in the charter school movement is Walton Penner. In Newbury, Massachusetts, she went to The Governor’s Academy for private education.
After completing her prep school education in 1988, she enrolled at Georgetown University to study history and economics.
She worked on education-related topics in the middle of the 1990s and graduated from Stanford University with a master’s in Education Policy and Program Evaluation.
